From the Illinois Bridge (Highway 20 West):
Turn right at the stoplight after the bridge, heading north, "Downtown/Civic Center."
Follow Locust Street three blocks to Third Street.
Turn right on Third Street, until you come to T intersection.
Turn right at the intersection, turn right again into museum parking lot. The museum is on the left hand side.

From the Wisconsin Bridge (Highway 151 South):
Follow 151 South across the bridge, until the third exit, "Downtown/Civic Center."
Exit to your right, staying to your right and turning north on Locust Street. Follow Locust Street for 3 blocks to Third Street.
Turn right on Third Street, until you come to T intersection.
Turn right at the intersection, turn right again into museum parking lot.
The museum is on the left hand side.

From Highway 20 East Bound:
Follow Highway 20 East towards the Illinois Bridge.
At the intersection before the Illinois Bridge, turn to the left, "Downtown/Civic Center"
Follow Locust Street for 3 blocks to Third Street.
Turn right on Third Street, until you come to T intersection.
Turn right at the intersection, turn right again into museum parking lot.
The museum is on the left hand side.

From Highway 61 North Bound:
Follow Highway 61 North into Dubuque.
Exit to your right, "Downtown/Civic Center."
At the second stop light (Illinois Bridge to your right), go straight on Locust Street.
Follow Locust Street for 3 blocks to Third Street.
Turn right on Third Street, until you come to T intersection.
Turn right at the intersection, turn right again into museum parking lot.
The museum is on the left hand side.

Description:

At this aquarium, see creatures like the paddlefish that are only found in the Mississippi watershed! Plus, the aquarium includes exhibits of the Backwater Marsh, Flooded Bottomland Forest, Otters, Main Channel, Bayou and the Rivers to the Sea. You're sure to learn something new about this great body of water and it's unique inhabitants.
